Rail transit is an indispensable part of urban social public transport system.It has played an important role in relieving traffic congestion,optimizing urban spatial structure,improving urban environment and other aspects.However,when urban rail transit offers a lot of convenience to general public such as a comfortable travel experience,it is also necessary to deeply understand the urgency of carrying out emergency management of urban rail transit.Most of the metro stations are in the underground space,a variety of complex facilities and equipment flooded with it,at the same time daily passenger volume is large and diversification.If there are any emergency happens,these disadvantages will become an obstacle to the rapid implementation of emergency rescue,and will increase the difficulty of emergency disposal work.The establishment of emergency station,the equipment and dispatching of emergency resources are the basis of constructing a reasonable and effective emergency management system.Metro and light rail,as two of the largest proportion of urban rail transit,are the most widely distributed,representative in China,and mostly seamlessly connected,commonly referred to as metro,so this paper takes metro as the main research object.On the basis of summing up the present situation and the academic research of urban metro emergency management system at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the development process of emergency management in China,the composition of metro emergency management system and its influencing factors.Then the models,theories and algorithms are optimized and improved.At last,this paper gives a detailed reference suggestion for the location setting and rescue resource allocation,combined with Dalian Metro.The specific research content mainly focuses on the following four aspects:First,the research about location of metro emergency station.The emergency events are classified into two levels,the different levels of emergency stations are set up to serve different emergencies.Then a selection model based on the set coverage model are established,different emergency response time constraints are afforded,and a suitable algorithm is given,and Dalian Metro as an example is carried out to verify the validity of the model.Second,the research about metro emergency rescue resources allocation.This paper uses the case-based reasoning method to make demand forecast of the quantity,quality and type of emergency resources,and the rescue plan is obtained.Then the emergency cases in recent years are collected and analyzed,the configuration methods of emergency resources at different levels of emergency stations are given.Third,the research about metro emergency resources scheduling optimization.Based on the analysis of the scheduling process and characteristics of emergency rescue resource allocation,a resource scheduling model considering transport capacity is proposed,a metro station in Dalian city as an example.And the classical Dijkstra algorithm is optimized,Friendship Plaza Station of the Dalian Metro Line 2 as an example which solves the problem of scheduling path selection of social emergency resources.
