Based on the analysis of present situation of rail transport vehicle for coal mine roadway,using ATmega128 P as the control core. Research about the design of control system for coal mine rail transport vehicle, which based on AVR as the core. The system mainly includes: the building of the overall structure of transport vehicle and hardware, the driving circuit of the hardware for transport vehicle, monitoring the running state of transport vehicle, the signal communication for transport vehicle. The detailed research contents are as follows:Firstly, the structural layout of the roadway truck was introduced. Taking the overall structure of the roadway transport vehicle as the research object, described the composition and function and their relationship of each part of the transport vehicle, and designed the implementation of the program.Secondly, the hardware of the control system was designed.and the various hardware type was chosen. The design used the ATmega128 P chip as the core hardware circuit, which mainly included the motor drive circuit, the motor braking circuit, the motor commutation circuit, the sensor signal acquisition circuit and position correction circuit. And the circuit design of the required components are calculated and selected, designed the hardware circuit board.Then, complete the software of roadway construction rail transporter control system by using modular technology, which include the main program initialization module, motor drive and brake module, motor speed detection module, vehicle position correction module, monitoring module, as well as the protection of program module in order to cooperate with the hardware system to realize the independent operation of the vehicle.Finally, experiments are carried out to verify. By comparing the experimental data and the actual demand, draws the following conclusion: the designed control system of rail transport vehicle using for tunnel construction could realize its function, which laid a solid foundation for the application of rail transport vehicle in coal mine roadway construction.
