Over the past 20 years,the private economy has undergone continuous development and deepening reforms,overcoming its weak foundation,and has become a crucial divide of China’s national economy.Until China’s national conditions are concerned,the development of private enterprises is changing from the previous embryonic stage to a more rational and scientific stage of high-quality development.Performance management system is a crucial divide of human resource management,form China’s national conditions,its continuous improvement and optimization will even determine the quality of the company’s human resource management system.This paper selects enterprise in New OTC Market,as the survey object,are based on field research to understand first-hand information.The private business represented by this company aims to use performance management theory tools to confirm a set of appropriate company’s scientific and absolute performance management system.Understand the existing problems,according to the original performance system,meanwhile,adhere to the implementation of the company’s strategy and KPI.How to establish a perfect performance management system and establish a strong organizational structure is the key to improve the design efficiency.The organizational guarantee of each department clarifies the rights and responsibilities of each department,unites and cooperates.Effective management is an useful management method.The implementation of management cannot be separated from the support of other management systems.The HN company has restructured the organizational structure,qualification methods,payment management,to integrate with the performance management system.In line with the above,the implementation effect of HN company’s performance management system has been enhanced.This research takes HN company as an empirical research,conducts a reasonable analysis of its problems in performance management,and puts forward suggestions.Optimization model and process in efficiency management system and management system,the results show that the vehicle,can provides useful suggestions and references.
