The human resources is an important symbol to measure the overall competitiveness of an enterprise.Especially in the time of highly developed science and technology,key talents is inexhaustible development driving force of a enterprise.The statue of human resources and its management is very important in a enterprise,therefore the effective human resources management in a enterprise plays an important role in the success and benefit.So reasonable and high-performance human resources will be a vital competitiveness of a enterprise nowadays.Shandong Fangyuan nonferrous metal corporation company(for short LS company),which is a provincial high-tech enterprises of Shandong economy and technology development zone in Dongying,is an integrated company including science research,manufacturing,trade and so on,and it is also one of the outstanding private enterprises in Dongying city.With the further development of economy globalization,many difficulties occur in production and marketing of the company.At the same time,there are many non-standard and unscientific problems in the internal human resources management of the company.The problems,such as internal talent loss and low efficiency of the talent management,are becoming more and more prominent.The problems are mainly manifested in the lack of understanding of human resources management and strategic planning of human resources,the irregular recruitment process,the imperfect training system,the imperfect incentive mechanism and so on.In this paper,the current situation,existing problems and reasons of human resources management in LS Company are analyzed systematically for the aim of actual application by means of professional tools and methods,such as literature research,field survey and questionnaire survey,and so on.Combined with the new situation and characteristics of modern human resource management,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the present situation of human resource management in LS Company from the aspects of human resource planning,recruitment,training,salary management,performance and so on.
