| High-speed railway emergency dispatching and command are essential to reduce the impact of emergencies and maintain normal production order. However, the current multiwork artificial comprehensive emergency response mode based on regulations cannot meet further operation requirements, and the intelligent development of emergency dispatching has become an inevitable trend.Research on issues related to multi-work collaborative emergency dispatching decision-making is of great significance for improving the efficiency and quality of emergency dispatching and promoting the intelligent process.Based on this, this thesis focuses on the reconstruction of disposal process and the method of collaborative decisionmaking for high-speed railway emergency dispatching. The main contents are as follows:(1)Demand analysis for collaborative decision-making in emergency dispatching of high-speed railway.First of all, starting from the process of handling emergencies, the decision-making elements of high-speed railway emergency dispatching are sorted out.Secondly, based on railway regulations, the existing problems are analyzed from two aspects:emergency dispatching disposal process and information transmission. Finally, combined with the intelligent development background of emergency dispatching, the collaborative requirements of decision-making subjects and recipients, disposal procedures, and decisionmaking information and content are proposed.(2)Reconstruction and modeling of the emergency dispatching disposal process for highspeed railway with multi-work cooperation. In response to the standardized and structured analysis requirements of emergency dispatching disposal process, the structured analysis process is proposed, and the decomposition and reconstruction method of disposal process is proposed based on regulations. The disposal process is summarized into five basic structures and reconstructed in a graphical manner.Secondly, based on the stochastic Petri net theory, the collaborative disposal process model is established.Petri net model establishment methods for five basic structures, risk control points and key links identification methods are proposed. Two kinds of multi-work collaborative disposal process models, parallel type and inclusion type, are distinguished according to the primary and secondary relationship of works in the disposal process. Finally, the scene “Driver discovers vehicle shaking during operating” is selected as a case study. The analysis results are in line with the actual situation on site, indicating that the structured analysis method can find and analyze the risk control points and key links of disposal process, which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.(3)Emergency collaborative decision-making model and method of high-speed railway train dispatching and EMU dispatching.Aiming at the problem of coordinated decisionmaking and adjustment, the key content of emergency dispatching decision-making and command is explained, and the problem of emergency coordinated decision-making of train dispatching and EMU dispatching is analyzed.Secondly, with the goal of minimizing deviation between the adjustment plan and the original plan, constraint conditions are determined from three aspects of train operation line,EMU connection and decision variable, and an emergency collaborative decision-making model is established. Finally,a case model and analysis of the high-speed railway line A-K of M Railway Bureau Group Company are carried out,and 24 test scenarios are calculated by CPLEX.The results show that: 1.The collaborative decision-making model and method have great applicability.2.There is a certain correlation between the various parts of the penalty in objective function.3.Compared with sequential decision, collaborative decision takes longer time, but it is more conducive to optimize transportation resource allocation under emergency conditions. |
