As the basic energy of our country,coal production safety plays an important role in realizing the sustained and healthy development of enterprises,and is essential for the realization of energy strategy and the development of economy and society.The coal mine emergency is wide and the damage is serious.Its mechanism is complex and changeable.It is affected by many factors and has potential secondary derivative hazards.It has seriously affected the sustained and stable development of enterprises.In the coal mine after the occurrence of unexpected events,will be the accumulation of information,irrational allocation of resources and other emergencies,and the coal mine emergency plan is to guide the coal mine after the outbreak of the incident rescue units quickly and effectively to carry out rescue operations,reduce losses caused by the accident protection.Therefore,to make full use of information technology to support emergency management,emergency plan and emergency rescue system of coal mine together,take the process of analysis of coal mine emergency plan,the implementation of emergency plan system and digital,has very important significance to the establishment of coal mine emergency system and improve the flexible and efficient.Based on the theory of Petri net,combined with the characteristics of coal mine emergency diversified,dynamic,stochastic Petri net according to the strict mathematical definition,dynamic properties,performance analysis,and the Petri network can better describe the complex system of each event between concurrent and conflict,randomly chosen Petri nets to model coal mine emergency procedure.The concept of coal mine emergency plan,the basic structure and system combing,from the perspective of modeling technology,according to the analysis of the emergency plan management process,the rescue process is divided into early warning,emergency rescue and response process,disposal process,process description of the three sub processes and their relationship.According to the stochastic Petri nets modeling theory,the stochastic Petri net model of coal mine emergency plan is constructed,and the model is simplified by colored Petri nets to facilitate the system performance analysis of the model.In the dust event as the background,according to the isomorphic relation between the stochastic Petri net and Markov chain,the validity of the model wereanalyzed by fuzzy mathematics method combined with MATLAB software to calculate stability probability and performance index system,performance analysis of stochastic Petri net model to provide effective monitoring and responding to emergencies to provide emergency decision-making scientific support the coal mine emergency.
