Research On Ecological Efficiency Evaluation And Influencing Factors Of Logistics Industry

Clear waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets.With the gradual deepening of human understanding of the natural world,the importance of the ecological environment has become increasingly prominent.Under the guidance of Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought,green development of logistics industry is imperative.In order to accelerate the process of building green logistics and building a strong transportation country in China,it is necessary to measure and evaluate the level of ecological efficiency of logistics industry in China.Primarily,this thesis defines the notion of ecological efficiency of logistics industry.Then,in the process of literature review,it is found that the existing research in index composition,measurement methods,influencing factors and other aspects are singular and unscientific.Therefore,this paper proposes to measure and evaluate the ecological efficiency level of China’s logistics industry in recent ten years from the national and provincial perspectives by using the super-efficiency SBM model of unexpected output,and to study its influencing factors through empirical model.On the basis of quantitative analysis of the current situation of China’s logistics industry,this paper constructs the input and output index system of the ecological efficiency of the logistics industry,and evaluates the efficiency value intensity and changing trend of the ecological efficiency of the logistics industry in China.According to estimates,the ecological efficiency of my country’s logistics industry from 2010 to 2019 is greater than 1,which is basically effective,but the performance of the efficiency value in recent years is not good.The efficiency value of each province has five forms from the perspective of changing trend.In general,most provinces maintain the effective state of ecological efficiency of logistics industry.Thirteen provinces such as Ningxia,Hainan,Shanghai and Tianjin were all in the effective state in the past decade,while the efficiency values of Inner Mongolia,Sichuan,Yunnan,Jilin and Heilongjiang were all lower than 0.5,which had been in the invalid state for a long time.On this basis,this paper examines the influencing factors of the ecological efficiency of the logistics industry through empirical tests,and finds that the level of economic development,the level of opening to the outside world in terms of foreign investment,and the level of industrial agglomeration are positive influencing factors.The level of development,the level of government investment in environmental protection,and the level of informatization are negative factors.Finally,according to the empirical results and the actual development of the logistics industry,the government,industry organizations as the macro level,enterprises as the micro level respectively put forward the countermeasures and suggestions and enterprise development strategy.
