The logistics industry is one of the important industries in my country's energy consumption.Research on the carbon emission efficiency of the logistics industry is of great significance for energy conservation and emission reduction.Using the super-efficiency BCC-DEA model to measure the comprehensive efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of the logistics industry in 17 provinces and cities along the “Belt and Road”.The 17 provinces are divided into northeast,northwest,southeast and southwest for comparative analysis,and the convergence of each efficiency is tested.Four indicators of factor endowment,environmental regulation,industrial structure and logistics resource utilization are selected to study the influencing factors of the carbon emission efficiency of the logistics industry in 17 provinces and cities along the “Belt and Road”,and the analysis and comparison are carried out by region.It is found that the average total factor carbon emission efficiency of the logistics industry along the “Belt and Road” is 0.81,the average pure technical efficiency is0.99,and the average scale efficiency is 0.85;Fujian Province has the highest average total factor carbon emissions,Yunnan Province has the lowest average overall efficiency of all-factor carbon emissions;the convergence test shows that the overall efficiency of all-factor carbon emissions of the logistics industry in the southeast region is converging,and the overall efficiency difference between the six provinces is shrinking.Northeast logistics The overall efficiency of all-factor carbon emissions in the industry is diverging,and the overall efficiency difference between provinces is constantly expanding,and the main reason is the continuous expansion of the difference in pure technical efficiency.Factor endowments and environmental regulations have a negative impact on the carbon emission efficiency of regional logistics along the "Belt and Road";industrial structure has a positive impact on the carbon emission efficiency of regional logistics along the route.It is recommended to vigorously strengthen the construction of logistics industry infrastructure and logistics parks to increase the scale and efficiency of carbon emissions in the logistics industry;innovate low-carbon technologies,optimize management levels,and improve the growth of pure technical efficiency of carbon emissions in the logistics industry;promote the coordinated development of regional logistics;Industrial structure,improve the level of the tertiary industry.
