| As the global average temperature continues to rise, global warming has become a hot topic today. The past three consecutive decades have warmed to any one of the ten years since 1850.The Earth’s climate system has been experiencing a major Warming is a significant change in the main feature. In the process of industrialization and urbanization, the use and transformation of land by humans is an important reason for the rapid increase in carbon content in the global atmosphere.Carrying out carbon emissions research from the perspective of land use is helpful to assess the environmental impact caused by human activities at a basic level, and timely adjust land use methods to promote low-carbon economic development, which is of far-reaching significance to the formulation of regional energy-saving and low-carbon policies.Based on the above research background, this paper studies the carbon emissions of Fujian province from the perspective of different land use methods, uses Gini coefficient to measure the spatial difference of carbon income and expenditure in each district of Fujian province, explores the scale and spatial differentiation of land use carbon income and expenditure in the region, and analyzes the spatial and temporal dynamic changes of carbon emission economic contribution and ecological. The results show that:(1)From 2006 to 2018,the land development activities in Fujian Province are relatively active and still in the period of development, but the change speed of land utilization has slowed down, the land development and utilization has been relatively mature, and the land utilization intensity shows polarization, basically characterized by high coastal and low inland distribution..During the study period, the net carbon emissions of land use in Fujian province were increasing year by year.Construction land was the main carbon source, woodland played the main role of carbon sink, and other land had little effect on the change of carbon emissions. The carbon emission shows the spatial distribution characteristics of east, high and west low, except Nanping City, the other districts and cities are in the state of continuous fluctuation growth, and the overall decline trend of land use carbon emission intensity is obvious;(2)At present,Fujian province is characterized by net carbon source, there are obvious spatial differences in carbon compensation rate in the region, and the Gini coefficient exceeds the distribution gap warning line of 0.5.The land development activity is active, the land use intensity increases gradually, the coastal and inland polarization is serious. The spatial difference of carbon economy contribution rate and ecological bearing coefficient is obvious, showing the characteristics of low east and high west, and the gap between east and west is increasing;(3)In the spatial network of land-use carbon emissions in Fujian province, there is a general relationship between the districts and cities and the relationship between carbon emissions is gradually strengthened. The central index value of Xiamen is much higher than that of other cities, occupying the leading position in the network,Quanzhou is the second,Fuzhou and Sanming play the role of connectivity, other cities in the network position and role is gradually improving, but there is imbalance in spatial connection;(4)The difference in the level of economic development is the fundamental reason for determining the relationship between urban carbon emissions, followed by the spatial distance between cities and the difference of urban population.Through the network space cluster,it is found that the first module of Fuzhou,Sanming City and the third module of Xiamen and Quanzhou have spillover effect inside and outside the module and the density value is large, which belongs to the "two-way overflow module ",and the other second and fourth modules of Putian,Ningde,Nanping,Zhangzhou and Longyan all belong to the " net income module ".Based on the research, the districts and cities in Fujian province can be divided into three types of areas: low-carbon optimization area, carbon total control area and carbon sink function area, and propose different low-carbon land use development models for different types of areas.Measures to build a low-carbon land use system from the perspective of the province:(1)Optimize the land use structure between industries to maintain a certain amount of carbon sinks;(2)Improve the carbon emission assessment system and propose a low-carbon-oriented main functional zone plan;(3)Coordinate inter-regional environmental governance and establish a coordinated emission reduction mechanism. |
