Safety Risk Management Research On Industrial Hazardous Waste Incineration Disposal Of QHXK Company

Along with our country’s emphasis on ecological environment,more and more provinces and cities planned and constructed many industrial hazardous waste incineration disposal devices,industrial hazardous waste incineration disposal industry is a high-risk industry,with the rapid development of industry,safety risk problem also gradually exposed,accidents involving hazardous waste happened from time to time,how to control risk is the industry’s top priority.QHXK is a company responsible for the collection,transportation,storage and disposal of industrial solid waste and industrial hazardous waste.As a company just put into production at the beginning of2019,identifying risks,controlling risks,establishing rules and regulations and system operation are important premise to ensure safe production of enterprises.In this paper,through the identification and evaluation the safety risks existing in the industrial hazardous waste incineration disposal of QHXK Company,puts forward the safety risk countermeasures,to minimize the risk of safety management,improve the safety risk management level of QHXK company,to ensure long period safe operation of the plant,and improve the level of comprehensive management level of enterprise,so as to better service to the industrial waste production enterprises around;It can also provide reference for the safety operation of similar industrial hazardous waste incineration and disposal enterprises.Based on the theory of safety risk management,this paper studies the risk management of QHXK company on industrial hazardous waste incineration disposal process through literature research,expert judgement method and statistical analysis.Specifically,the safety check list method（SCL）is used to identify the dangerous and harmful factors of equipment and facilities,and the job hazard analysis method（JHA）is used to identify the dangerous and harmful factors of operation activities.The important risks of 22 types of industrial hazardous waste incineration and disposal of QHXK company are screened out and the important risk list is formed;hazard analysis of working conditions（LEC）is used to evaluate the risks idisposaln the risk list,and the risks are classified according to the risk value.Corresponding measures in engineering technology,management,training,education,individual protection,emergency treatment of risk control measures are put forward in five aspects,and put forward to security risk control system,the safety standardization system construction as the key point,and strengthen organizational security,institutional security,cultural security and financial security,constantly eliminate hidden dangers,reduce risks,environment so as to continuously improve the company’s risk control ability and the safety management performance.
