Investigation And Management Of Industrial Hazardous Waste In Gansu Province

With the development of industry,the rapid increase of industrial hazardous waste has become an environmental problem around the world.Due to the risk characteristic of its toxic,flammable,corrosive and infection,the industrial hazardous waste not only does harm to the human body and environment directly,but also stay and transform in the ecological environment.Recently,a serious of industrial hazardous waste pollution events could arise people's attention,which was because it is in the short of the management of industrial hazardous wastes and research.Therefore,investigating the status quo and management is an important environmental protection measures for industrial hazardous waste.Besides,it's also a beneficial way to improve local environment,prevent pollution of the environment,standard a management model and promote the harmonious development of important topic.This paper studied the status and management countermeasures of industrial hazardous waste,Gansu province.Basing on the research progress both at home and abroad of industrial hazardous waste,the study was promoted to analyze the local situation of Gansu province combining with industrial hazardous waste investigation.What's more,the management system of the status quo,and the found problems was put forward with the corresponding improvement measures.Through access to a large number of data and research,combining with the corresponding management experience at home and abroad,there are some industrial hazardous waste management strategies: first,to develop the base number of hazardous waste survey;Second,to improve the disposal ability,including perfecting the laws and regulations,key technology research and development,to strengthen the construction of ability,ability to supplement use hazardous waste disposal facilities,encourage and support conditions of hazardous waste management unit for licenses and improve the mechanism of the disposal facilities and service fee,etc.;Third,with a set of perfect monitoring system,such as network platform unified regulation;Fourth,expanding public participation,the development of social supervision.Following with the above measures,we hope that we can enhance industrial hazardous waste management level for the sustainable development in Gansu province environmental protection,and provide a reference basis for related departments to formulate management principle.
