As a big country of automobile spare parts processing and vehicle manufacturing,China has been far ahead in the size of automobile manufacturing and other established automobile manufacturing countries.However,the industrial progress is not only the entry of the technology,but also the progress of the liberation of labor.And China will be in the negative growth of the labor force in 2017,along with the labor shortage caused by rising labor costs,coupled with the increase in raw material prices,environmental protection costs continue to improve,China as the world’s processing plants and automotive manufacturers will face challenges,solve the above contradictions,China’s manufacturing industry will lose competitiveness,and thus lose the market.Therefore,it is necessary for us to find a breakthrough from the advanced technology,the use of computer technology,mechanical device to replace workers’ simple labor,thereby reducing manufacturing costs.Back in the 70’s,the United States has begun to use the AGV system for industrial manufacturing,it can be used as a mechanical device for handling and loading and unloading of workers,to complete the delivery of materials,if coupled with the current computer technology,and it forms a highly efficient intelligent robot system.China’s many high production efficiency of manufacturing enterprises are using AGV.Such as Changchun diesel engine,China Heavy Truck Group,Hangzhou engine,Guangzhou Automobile Group are on an assembly line of engine support,mobile.In particular,China’s independent production of large aircraft C919 in the assembly process of large parts,widely used in the AGV,which greatly reduces the parts docking,assembly errors,improve the production efficiency,and reduce the cost of human.Domestic AGV technology is mainly based on the design and application of intelligent applications,from automatic guided vehicles on the road,there are two types,one is fixed route,another one is no fixed route.The latter because of its intelligence to provide assistance is not high,and can quickly achieve the work requirements,has great potential for development.Until now,there are three kinds of technologies to implement the AGV automatic guided vehicle(GIS),which can be used to image recognition,especially the control system,which is based on the characteristics of external illumination,object color and material,and it is a result that the accuracy of the image is generated by the use of laser guidance.However,the important role of AGV in industrial production is beyond doubt.However,due to the popularity and understanding of the limitations,there are some industrial manufacturing enterprises followed the old manufacturing technology,the use of the past old processing concept,the value of AGV is insufficient,the AGV technology is difficult to achieve.Based on this,this paper focuses on the hardware design and system implementation of AGV,from the point of view of the combination of algorithm design and software and hardware.In this paper,the AGV control mode will no longer be a single centralized control mode,instead of using a distributed control mode,so that the advantages of the design and implementation of lies in the selection of advanced route of automatic guided vehicle and its running track management with greater flexibility and ease of monitoring.This paper is intended to be carried out in below two main directions:(A)Design of production logistics systemIn order to make this research can be referenced by same production industry,an appropriate sample product line will be selected and using the analysis tools to find the best way of logistics delivery and setup the system operational Model.And then to simulate the model test the system running time and scheduling ability.Finally base on above analysis result work out the system hardware and software requirements.(B)AGV system designAGV system design include hardware and software two part.First thing is the methodology demonstration such as the MCU master control module,motor driver module,speed detection module,and so on.Then detail explain the hardware and software design including I2 C module,Calman filter,AD conversion module and DMA module,PWM speed control,system ticking module etc.
