Through the analyses of the control mode of the paver leveling system and the work theory of auto leveling control system, the CAN_BUS is applied to the leveling system of paver, in while the distributed control system is developed. Choosed Ultrasonic Sensor as the sampling sensor of road data, a specific and reasonable auto leveling control system with Ultrasonic multi-probe based on the DSP has been put out. In the paper, the hardware and software design of the main controller is accomplishes by utilizing the TMS320LF2407A DSP and the microchip computer PIC16F877A as the intelligent sensor. In the base of realizing the basic function of auto leveling, it is aimed at solving the problem of the capability for resisting the interferefering signal in the paper. Combined the hardware filter and the software filter, the effect of interferefering signal is eliminated. Through the experiment, the function and the control capability of the controller is validated. In contrast with the auto leveling system of contracting, the levelness of road surface can be improved by using the auto leveling control system with Ultrasonic multi-probe. Through the study of auto leveling DSP control system, it is laid the foundation of the multiple function and high reliability auto leveling control system study.
