As China’s economic development and urban construction accelerated,Metro which has high volume,fast,efficient,and environmentally features is gradually become an important way to solve our problem of public transport in major cities.As of 2016,China’s newly and operated metros have reached 3264 km.By 2020,40 cities will build the metro,and planning mileages will be 7,000 kilometers.Metro needs a particular safe space for driving,and this space is the metro gauge.According to different requirements,it can be divided into vehicle gauge,equipment gauge,and construction gauge.The accuracy of metro equipment gauge is directly related to the safe operation of the metro,equipment installation,project cost and many other important factors which is an important part of metro construction operation.Therefore,to calculate Key words:efficiently and rapidly while realize metro equipment gauge dynamic measurement will be great significance for long-term,stable and secure operation of metro.First,based on" metro gauge standard",this paper has designed metro equipment gauge calculation software depend on MFC which realize metro equipment gauge visual calculation quickly,accurately and intuitively.Metro equipment gauge calculation is closely linked to metro reliability and security,and also to the metro project cost.By analyzing the random factors in metro equipment gauge calculation and the impact on the reliability of metro equipment gauge of random factors.This paper established the relations between the reliability of metro equipment gauge and metro project cost.Then,based on global multi-camera sensor calibration method,this paper realizes seven camera sensors global calibration which in metro gauge dynamic visual measuring device.After that it completes static debugging and precision calibration of the device.After Establishing Hangzhou Metro Line 2 equipment gauge basic database by visual calculation software,this paper has finished metro equipment gauge dynamic visual measuring of Hangzhou Metro line 2 Chaoyang Village Station to Qianjiang Century City Station.The measurement results show on non-contact dynamic vision measurement based on laser imaging technology can detect long lines with less time,greatly improves the efficiency of operation and maintenance of metro,and reduce the cost of equipment gauge testing and maintenance.Finally,for the problem of data do not coincide and incomplete in distance overlap visual regions of the adjacent camera sensors,this paper introduce Iterative Closest Point(ICP)algorithm to fusion and splicing the metro equipment gauge data of the overlap area.This algorithm can reduce the error effectively,and improve the detection precision in distant coincidence visual region,and also integrity of the measured contour has been improved. |
