The hydraulic pump can let the prime mover of the mechanical energy into hydraulic energy,it is the heart of a hydraulic equipment.In many of the hydraulic pump,the axial piston pump performance outstanding,has the advantages of simple structure,low noise,high efficiency,long service life and self-priming capacity etc.By the attention of manufacturers of hydraulic pump in domestic and foreign.The internal of traditional axial piston pump have a lot of relative movement parts,and it’s high requirement on materials and machining accuracy.Sensitive to oil pollution,and the cost of processing,use,maintenance requirements is higher,the price is expensive.The cylinder rotates with the drive shaft,and large moment of inertia will lead to the slow response of start,stop and adjust speed,which is not conducive to by regulating speed to control the output flow of the pump.Because of more friction pairs in the cylinder body,cylinder temperature will rise faster under the condition of high-speed rotation.The wear of valve plate,piston and other parts will directly affect the pump’s service life and durability.In addition,due to the working principle of the traditional piston pump itself,the drive shaft rotates a circle,each plunger can only achieve an oil suction and an oil drain,its displacement is limited.In this paper,the main research work and results are as follows:(1)To propose the integrated design of the transmission shaft and the plunger,that is,the piston can not only change the volume of the chamber but also transmit power.Piston and pump coaxial,canceled the traditional structure of valve plate of axial piston pump.(2)To initially identified the parameter of pump,such as piston diameter and piston rod diameter,piston stroke,cylinder diameter,motion law of curved surface,the working medium,the flow and displacement of pump,sealing method choice,pump speed and pump outlet pressure.The working principle of single and double 2D axial piston pump is described in detail.(3)To analyzed the motion of piston,and the relevant equations of the pump are calculated,including the pump flow,displacement,leakage and flow pulsation.Input torque,efficiency(including volume efficiency and mechanical efficiency)were analyzed,which from the view of the conservation of energy.(4)For further analysis of constant acceleration and deceleration the curve of curved guide,and to explore the movement law of other curved guide curve.(5)To comprehensive inspection the performance and life of the pump,and check pump design and manufacturing success or not.And determine the effect of various factors(pressure,displacement and temperature of oil)on pump efficiency.Two dimensional(2D)axial piston pump are highly innovative with new structure,not only has great breakthrough performance in performance,but also achieved the miniaturization.It can be well applied in the field of aerospace.
