Precast concrete structures’ structural insulation system is in line with China’s "Thirteen Five" plan proposed building green cities,developing applicable,economic,green,beautiful building.It’s also an effective way to achieve energy saving and building industrialization.Based on the above background and the results of preliminary research,the research group introduces the passive green building design to precast composite wall structure and proposes load-bearing and insulation integrated precast composite wall to achieve integrated design concept.Based on seismic performance comparison of 3 kinds of different types of insulation(polystyrene particles external insulation mortar,XPS sandwich insulation,foam cement external insulation)precast composite wall and 1 standard wall,we analyses the stress mechanism of load-bearing and insulation integrated precast composite wall.By using of mechanics of composite materials and composite slab theory,we build basic mechanical performance indicators of load-bearing and insulation integrated precast composite wall,propose passive integration design technologies of precast composite wall structure system,focus on thermal insulation performance of different types of load-bearing and insulation integrated precast composite wall,establish three-dimensional numerical models of different types of load-bearing and insulation integrated precast composite wall and comparatively analyses their dynamic characteristics and seismic response laws.Themain research contents and results include:1.Compare seismic performance of 3 kinds of different types of load-bearing and insulation integrated precast composite wall and 1 standard wall(1/2 scale model)and study the failure mechanism and stress features of walls of different types of the insulation mode including their capacity,ductility,stiffness degradation,hysteresis characteristics and seismic energy dissipation performance.Experimental results show that: the key feature loads of 3 kinds of precast composite wall are higher than the standard wall,the consumption capacity and seismic performance are better,but due to the difference of wall structure,the increase amplitudes of bearing capacity are different.Compared with the standard wall,the cracking load of mortar polystyrene particles external insulation wall,XPS sandwich composite wall insulation and foam cement external insulation wall were increased by 61%,15.1%,29.7%,yield load increased by21.5%,11.3%,7.5%,the peak load increased by 17.7%,13.5%,15.4%.Failure modes of 4 kinds of wall are similar,show a wall by bending,shear dual role of destruction,destruction of the main shear wall,column bending edge member cast destroy the main force concrete wall have gone through elastic stage,elastoplastic and damage of the three phases.When damaged,the main load-bearing cast for the vertical boundary restraint showed a large number of horizontal crack,concrete of column bottom were pressed to crisp,within the body peeling a large number of grid blocks,each grid has a typical "X" cross oblique cracks.Different types of heat insulation damage phenomena different particles of polystyrene insulation mortar surface layer of alkali-resistant mesh completely torn,surface cracking serious,and there are large surface layer off,XPS sandwich insulation protective layer along the main diagonal appears typical "X" cross oblique crack,crack width of 5mm,connections intact,the loading process,the overall good performance of the wall,foam cement insulation surface layer only a few minor cracks,crack width and load-bearing insulation between the main body up to 4mm.2.Using the mechanics of composite materials and composite slab theory,we analyses the stage of load-bearing and insulation integrated precast composite wall.Using single-layer composite material model of bi-directional fiber for the composite wall suggested by our research group,we simplified the load-bearing structure as the orthotropic equivalent elastic plate and further simplified load-bearing and insulationintegrated precast composite wall as evenly orthotropic equivalent elastic plate and deduced the formula of wall’s elastic constants,established the formula of lateral stiffness and shear strength of load-bearing and insulation integrated precast composite wall and compared theoretical calculating values and experimental values.The results show that: the lateral stiffness and shear strength calculated by the formulas agree well with the experimental values,and using lateral stiffness and shear strength formula of the wall according to the formulas is feasible.3.This paper introduces the ideas of design passive green building,suggested the passive design method of precast composite wall structure based on Building exterior wall thermal insulation and structural integration、insulation and structural integration of the Laminated floor、 Industrial production.We focus on the thermal performance of load-bearing and insulation integrated precast composite wall,given the economical thickness of insulating layer of different types of walls which adapt to hot summer and cold winter areas and cold areas.integration of the load-bearing thermal insulation composite wall thermal performance,given the different types of insulation wall thickness adapted to the economic insulation and cold in winter and hot summer and cold areas.Established numerical analysis model of different insulated types of precast composite wall structure according to principle of equivalent weight,constant structure layout and constant rigidity of direction of main load-bearing of wall by ANSYS.Compared the dynamic characteristics and rule of seismic response by modality and time-procedure analysis,and finally provide the basis to a seismic design of load-bearing and insulation integrated precast composite wall structure.
