With China’s increasing emphasis on building safety and environmental pollution,and the continuous improvement of scientific research and technology,higher requirements are put forward for the selection of insulation board materials for exterior wall insulation systems of buildings.Based on various national policies and building standards,various problems existing in existing insulation systems,and the actual situation of insulation technology in Anhui Province,the research on the external insulation system and application technology of homogeneous modified composite fire-proof insulation board is carried out.The main work and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)Study the materials needed for the external wall insulation system of the homogeneous modified composite fire-proof insulation board,select organic polystyrene particles,inorganic expanded vitrified microbeads,rock wool fibers and other materials,and carry out tests and trial production on its formula to finally develop the homogeneous modified composite fire-proof insulation board with excellent comprehensive performance.(2)The technical,economic and social benefits of the homogeneous modified composite fireproof insulation board are analyzed,the research shows that the technical performance is good,the economic benefits are obvious and the social benefits are improved.(3)The homogeneous modified composite fireproof insulation board is compared with foamed cement board,from the manufacturing technology and system of insulation board and the performance of its constituent materials.The research shows that the homogeneous modified composite fireproof insulation board is more advanced in technology,and the performance indicators are better.This paper mainly focuses on the research principle,research and preparation process,trial production and practical engineering application of the homogeneous modified composite fireproof insulation board,aiming to realize the high strength,low water absorption,good flexibility and other properties of the insulation board material and develop a good insulation material for exterior wall external insulation system. |
