With the increase demand of insulation material, some disadvantages of insulation material get widely attention. Especially in recent years, the construction of fire due to insulation material caused the safety of the material to be attached importance to the society. The fire safety of insulation material has become an urgent problem in the field of building energy conservation.This topic according to insulation materials in China are facing the problem, put forward on the basis of EPS- powder insulation mortar, through experiments to find polystyrene combustion performance of insulation mortar, after research powder, cellulose ether, fiber and water reducing agent affect the performance of insulation mortar, control organic admixture dosage, will play a key role on fire after lightweight aggregate with the method of organic and inorganic compound, in as far as possible under the premise of not reduce its basic performance, join the vitrified beads and so on, to improve the fire performance and construction.To determine the construction good performance, the coefficient of thermal conductivity of about 0.05 to 0.06 W/m?K, is about 250 kg/m~3 density, combustion performance for A2 class non-combustible type EPS composite insulation mortar fire prevention- vitrified beads matching, and study its performance, resulting in requirements and can be used in engineering non-combustible insulation mortar, to the external thermal insulation industry in our country at present the plight of the reference and method.Through experimental study on the various components of the analysis of the performance impact of insulation mortar, the required conditions on the proposed composite insulation mortar the optimum content of each component is as follows: 42.5 ordinary Portland cement 184 kg/m~3, self-extinguishing type EPS polystyrene particles 12.21 kg, dispersible powder 2.944 kg/m~3, HPMC 1.472 kg/m~3, polypropylene fiber 0.184kg/m~3, poly carboxylic acid water reducing agent 1%, glazed hollow head 60.7kg/m~3.
