| In recent years,more and more people attention to the air quality of indoor and outdoor,but neglected the pollution of the paint mist particles in spray paint,there is still no specific standard for paint mist particles so far.So the designers and engineers don’t know how to design and control in actual production,eventually leading to the serious pollution phenomenon of paint mist particles in spray paint place.The management of paint mist particles mainly divided into two categories: one is the method of wet paint mist particles governance,which used water as filter medium mostly,added the coagulant to elicit paint mist particles,but there is the secondary pollution of water,not easy to control indoor temperature and humidityand the paint slag treatment of secondary pollution,etc.In some EU countries have banned using wet paint mist treatment methods,our country also gradually to less use of wet methods.The other is the dry paint mist particles governance method,which gets rapid development in recent years,but its core is the filter material,because of the technical reasons,the existing special paint mist filter material did not achieve ideal filtering effect.So the present question need to solve is development studied and processes new paint mist particle filtering material to solve the problem.To solve above problems,this article through the theoretical and experimental research,takes the existing air filter filter material as the research object,uses the direct filtration,as well as increases the pre-coating on the surface to achieve filter experiment of the paint mist particles.Respectively to test the air filter material under different filtration rate of the filtration efficiency and resistance values of paint mist particle,meanwhile by fitting calculation,analyzes the relationship of the three parameters.At last,according to the indoor ventilation modes,we can draw the efficiency calculation table.The main experiment concludes are as follows:(1)The experimental measured the paint mist particles mainly for fine particles,particles size of about 10 μ m,in which PM10 accounts for the proportion is 96.6%.(2)And compared with filtered air,primary efficiency air filter for filtering paint mist particles,which has smaller filtration velocity,higher filtration efficiency,meanwhile,the recommended filter velocity for mist particles is given,which is 1.7~1.9m/s.(3)The filter efficiency of medium efficiency of F6 ~F9 and high efficiency of H10 ~H11 for paint mist particulate increases along with the filtration wind speed reduces,which filtration rate are 0.06~0.22 m/s and 0.03~0.22 m/s respectively.(4)The filter efficiency of attaches the pre-coating of medium efficiency and high efficiency filter materials also increases along with the filtration wind speed reduces,but the filter efficiency higher than use filters material directly.The filter efficiency of attaches the pre-coating of medium efficiency to PM10,PM2.5 and PM1.0 separately outdoes 6.4%~15.2%,5.3%~15.4%,2.5%~12.4% compare with using filters material directly.The filter efficiency of attaches the pre-coating of high efficiency filter materials to PM10,PM2.5 and PM1.0 high 4.9%~5.3%,2.6%~6.5%,3.4%~3.9%respectively.The change of Resistance also has the same rule.(5)It gives the selection computation chart of air filter material for paint mist particles filtration. |
