With the rapid development of the textile industry,more and more textile enterprises begin to pay more attention to the quality of the products and the energy saving transformation of enterprises.In the fierce market competition,we should not only adhere to the sustainable development strategy of the enterprise,also need to increase the economic efficiency of enterprises to control,gradually improve the theoretical knowledge combined with the actual production skills,improve the quality of the air in the workshop of textile factories,mainly in order to improve the textile factory air cleanliness and control of air quality as the starting point.Based on the study on treatment of fresh air and return air filter as the focus,through field tests,according to the data analysis of the use of theoretical knowledge and form Excel and other means,the conclusion will be applied to actual production,and actively promote the conclusion of the experiment,to solve the problem of the actual production.On the one hand,a textile factory in Xi'an and a textile factory in Shandong to carry out the test of the filtration performance of fresh air filtration materials.Nonwoven fiber filter material used for gas filtration is used for fresh air filtration in textile factory.In the test process of a textile factory in Shandong,the main research of the change of filter wind speed for filtration resistance and filter material surface dust content influence,as well as the influence of fresh air window filter material on the fresh air quantity.Using the control variable method to analyze the data,get the corresponding conclusion.In the testing process of a textile factory in Xi'an,focusing on changes of fresh air and fresh air window characteristics of the various types of filter materials with different filtration resistance and filtration efficiency for PM2.5 and PM10 calculated data,analysis of the data mainly adopts the method of comparison,in the remaining experiments under the same conditions,targeted analysis and draw a conclusion of the experiment.Prom the above two experiments,we can conclude a basic conclusion:the use of fresh air filter material must be based on local weather conditions and local pollution levels to make different choices.For example,in the northwest area of air humidity is low,the phenomenon of air pollution is lighter,fly ash yarn is not serious in the textile mill production environment,it is recommended to use MHTS30 model filter to filter the fresh air.The model has moderate thickness,high strength and poor water resistance,which is suitable for the dry area in Northwest China.But the choice of TJ90 type filter in Shandong textile factory test filter is mainly because of local humid climate,air humidity,wind in spring and autumn,but the air pollution is serious,in this case,the TJ90 type filter is hard and thicker,the most important is the filter material belongs to hydrophobic materials.Will be the conclusion of the promotion,the northwest region textile mill proposed MHTS30 model filter material,the southern region or the humidity of the larger areas of textile enterprises using TJ90 filter is more practical.On the other hand,the use of more air return system of needle cage air filter and air return filter disc different working principle and method,respectively PM2.5,PM10 and TSP dust concentration data measured in a Xi'an textile factory and 1 Textile Factory 2 weaving workshop and spinning workshop,using the formula to calculate the filtration efficiency by contrast,analysis method,choose filter better filtering effect from two kinds of air filters,to provide data support for the textile mill return filter equipment selection.After the reorganization and the analysis process of a series of data show that from the point of data using the Xi'an textile factory 1 rotor air return filter effect is better,higher quality return.
