China’s nuclear power industry have begun a rapid development since china issued The Long-term Nuclear Power Development Plan(2005-2020)in 2007.The total scale of nuclear power generation including the under construction in China will reach 88 million kilowatts in 2020,according to the new policy of "the13th Five-year Plan".Nuclear power plant is a lifeline engineering which support the urban functions and have a huge impact to the national economy and people’s livelihood,the importance of ensuring the safety of the structure is self-evident.As an important part of nuclear power plant structure,conventional island main factory building has an important role in the safety of the nuclear power plant system.However,because of the limit of production process requirements,the wide range of device types,the complex operation parameters,lead to the irregularity of arrangement of conventional island main factory building structure,poor space overall performance,ambiguity of the load transfer path.And the existing two kinds of structure have obvious shortcomings,reinforced concrete structure have poor Seismic performance and many weak links,and the safety stock is low,the durability is not enough,should not be use in high-intensity region,and the size of cross section of frame beams and columns are large,the weight is heavy as well;The rigidity of the steel structure is small,the overall and local stability is poor,the cost is high,the refractory performance is poor,and now,the nuclear power plant is mainly built by the sea,the steel structure corrosion resistance is also poor.In view of the above problem,It is necessary to put forward a new structural system type with excellent seismic performance,using in high intensity area,low cost and less costs of late maintenance for nuclear power plant conventional island main factory building.This paper Put forward the structure form of SRC structure nuclear power plant conventional island main factory building basing on the investigation of the nuclear power plant and similar structures,and set up the finite element analysis model with SAP2000 of the structure,analyzed the dynamic characteristics and seismic response of the structure,the specific content is as follows:(1)The specific form of the structure,the layout of column grid and the size of component were identified basing on the investigation and study,and the SAP2000 finite element analysis model was set up,the dynamic characteristics of the structure was analyzed,and the basic cycle,the cycle than,the specific vibration mode of the main modes and the vibration characteristics of each order modal of the structure were got;(2)The unidirectional and bidirectional response spectrum analysis of the structure were analyzed respectively,and the structural displacement and the mechanical characteristics which is got from these two analysis were analyzed comparatively,the weak parts of the structure were got,and the design suggestions of using the bidirectional response spectrum analysis was put forward.(3)The El-Centro wave,Taft wave and SL-2 wave were selected to run the elastic time history calculation analysis,the lateral displacement and the interlayer displacement angle were got,and the base shear of single seismic waves,the mean value of all three seismic wave and the base shear of response spectrum analysis were analyzed contrastively.(4)The Pushover analysis was made,the maximum base shear of the structure,the base shear-vertex displacement curve,and the developing order of the plastic hinge were got,the Pushover analysis results of these two loading modes were analyzed contrastively,being helpful for the structure design.The results show that,the SRC structure nuclear power plant conventional island main factory building has good seismic performance.The related research content can provide the theory basis for nuclear power plant conventional island main factory building and other similar structure,and also provide basic data for perfecting the relevant code.
