| The development of each industry will experience from confusion to the strict control to the process of self-discipline,and each change will bring serious challenges for enterprise development strategy must adapt to the requirements of the new situation.With the rapid development of China’s economy for 30 years,China’s construction industry has made gratifying achievements.But with the growth of China’s economic shift,the adjustment of the national economic structure,industrial transformation and upgrading,the survival environment of construction enterprises is undergoing major changes.In addition,the Ministry of housing and urban construction "four a platform" perfect "and the Ministry of finance,the business tax VAT" fully implemented,will also have a significant impact on the construction of enterprise management.Under the new normal,the living environment of China’s construction industry has been different from the previous twenty or thirty years,a large number of construction enterprises due to the lack of strategic management,lack of competitiveness and death.The large-scale construction enterprise will not collapse the myth has changed dramatically in 2014 and 2015,how to survive in the new normal and development,has become a pressing matter of the moment Chinese of construction enterprise,market,competition has forced Time will not wait for me.This paper takes the Henan AX construction group company as the research object.Firstly,the paper analyzes the opportunities and threats facing the construction industry through the analysis of the macro environment PEST and the analysis of the environment of the construction industry.Secondly,on the construction of AX group’s internal resources and capabilities are summarized out to find out the internal strengths and weaknesses.Through SWOT analysis,to determine the company’s mission,objectives and tasks,put forward the Henan AX Construction Group’s corporate layer,business layer and strategic choice.Then,combined with the construction of Henan AX group company’s actual situation and development strategy,proposed the key to implement the strategy,finally from the optimization of the organizational structure,strengthen the management of human resources,capital operation,put forward the implementation of safeguard measures of Henan AX construction group company strategic information construction and pay attention to business risk control five aspects.The study shows that although the external environment has undergone major changes,but there is still a huge building industry nearly 20 trillion yuan market scale,from Henan AX construction group company’s resources and capabilities,with the rapid growth of enterprises,Henan AX construction group company in different business sector should use different strategies,namely the combination strategy the construction of low-carbon campus,comfortable hotel management sector adopt a growth strategy,ready mixed concrete,wall insulation plate production and sales agent should adopt stable strategy. |
