| In the last ten years,with the support of the policy of promoting the application of concrete vigorously in the country,with the rapid progress of the process of urbanization in China and the increase of the quantity of infrastructure construction projects,China’s commercial concrete industry has also developed rapidly,and a large number of concrete enterprises have been taken out.Attracted by the high profit of the concrete industry,a large amount of money was poured into the market,so the market quickly became saturated,the production capacity appeared serious surplus,and the macro-economic environment was not good in recent years,which resulted in serious disorderly competition among enterprises.At the same time,the industry has not yet established a relatively sound strategic management system,so the market environment facing enterprises is becoming more and more complex.Therefore,enterprises should actively carry out information collection and data analysis,accurately grasp and meet the market demand,deal with competition from the strategic level of the enterprise,accurately locate,plan and develop,grasp the opportunity and the initiative of competition effectively,consolidate and expand their advantages,and find new ways to achieve the sustainable development of the enterprises.Long-term and stable development.This dissertation takes H concrete limited company as the research object.On the basis of collecting and consulting related data,this paper focuses on the analysis of the internal and external environmental factors of the enterprise,and analyzes the macro environment and the industry environment of H concrete limited company by PEST analysis method and Potter five force model respectively.At the same time,using IFE matrix to evaluate the internal environment of the company is greater than the disadvantage.Then the SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages that affect the development of the enterprise.Finally,the company’s development strategy is formulated.It is believed that the H concrete limited company should adopt the ST strategy,that is,multiple management strategies,and the diversified management mainly focuses on the concentric diversification,the backward integration and the market development strategy,and the corresponding strategic security measures corresponding to it are put forward. |
