At the moment that China joined the world trade organization,the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.The needs of customers’gradually showed in the state of fragmentation,personalization and experience and it is because of the impact of the use of Internet.After thirty years of rapid development of reform and opening up,China’s economy has ranked the second in the world.Contrary to the speed of economic development,the development of Chinese enterprises’ management mode has not kept pace with the pace of economic development.In recent years,with the increasing downward pressure on the economy,human capital swells,small and medium-sized private enterprises can no longer adapt to the current economic model and they must change their recent model,but most enterprises choose to continue the struggle and do nothing about the change.In the end this kind of companies will fall into the ground.Changes in the business environment makes most of the existing business model can not be able to continue to develop in the future,the old business model has become a stumbling block to the growth of enterprises.Only crossed this stumbling block,it can be much better to change the existing operating structure.Many domestic and foreign companies have adopted the management mode of small business entities,and a lot of those companies has obtained a very good development in revenue,profit and production,such as Japan’s Kyocera,American whole foods market and China’s SAIC Group.They have reached the top in their respective industries through small business model;these small business models can also provide a good reference to those enterprises that want to make a transformation.In 1998,in order to quickly become bigger and strong enterprises,Haier choose its way to increase exports,to occupy the foreign market,and make the implementation of the strategic business unit(SBU)business model.At the beginning of the change,Haier introduced the market chain mechanism.Haier has embarked on the way of internal market,internal organization to operate independently in the company.In 2005,with the increasing impact of the Internet on the traditional manufacturing industry,the needs of users begun to show fragmentation characteristics.At the same time,Haier is also promoting the reform that those enterprises from traditional manufacturing to service-oriented enterprise.In order to be able to accurately grasp the customer needs,enhance Haier’s own services,Haier subversive break the organizational structure of the division of the positive triangle,Staff directly face to the customer,to meet customer specific needs,to provide customers with special services.Enterprise middle tier has transferred to become a resource provider.In the process to face the customers and provide service to the customers,the autonomous operating body is the key role.It made up every steps from the beginning of the production to the fully sold out of the company.2012,the Internet has endured an explosive growth,Internet has surround the life of human beings.The traditional manufacturing enterprises have changed from mass production to mass customization,the user needs is more diverse at the particular moment.To cope with that situation,Haier further break the organizational structure,emerge the middle level employees into the first line,eventually,the structure of the organization showed like the state of a network."Entrepreneurial" become the theme of this period of Haier.Entrepreneurs,Small and micro businesses,interest community are striving and operating on the Haier platform.Haier received many credentials about its management model.People with Haier background are very popular on the human resource market.Many companies are performing management revolutions.But is Haier model that perfect?Or the revolution of Haier really can be defined as successful?I took the questions above to analyze the material and paper of Haier and found Haier model has its advancement but there are still many flaws.Like its design of management model and the conflicts between the nature of Haier and the management model.The products of Haier have the characteristics of the diversity of market demand,compared to other companies in the case.Haier can better and faster to meet user needs,to fulfill the different needs of different customers.Because of the large population of China,the Chinese market is also contains large customers’ needs.Fragmented demand is more serious.So,according to the ability of Haier to satisfy different needs,I think Haier’s case is more suitable for Chinese enterprises.The other companies who made the implementation of the reform like Haier will often make remarkable achievements at the first two years.But after two years they will be caught in the bottleneck.The essence of change of Haier is not a simple model of deformation,but the organization can continue to learn,and constantly evolving.According to the learning organization theory,the enterprise should learn from life,and strive to simplify,delayering,and constantly reshape the organizational structure,organizational structure is not just a single model.In this paper,I compared the different stage of Haier group’s small business entities,summarize the development and changes,analyzed the pattern of development of small business entities,eventually build a management accounting system with the characteristics of Haier.It can provide a reference for companies that want to change their operating model at different stage.On the other side,I compared the four companies mentioned below with the operating model of small business models.Analyze the different of the small business model and the reason for the different.The difference can be used as a reference for those companies under different situation or environment.They can select different features that suit them the best to build their model.Based on the analysis of small business model vertically and horizontally,I made up a system to build a small business model in the real life.Look upon the big environment,the change of business model is desperate,especial here in China.The profit rate of manufacture companies is becoming more and more thin.It is really matters to change the business model other wise those companies hold their old business models may fall in the future.Hope to provide reference and reference for enterprises in the transition or transformation needs.
