Manufacture Enterprise Information Entities Collecting And Standardizing

Information standardization is the basic work to the enterprise informationization. Unified information standardization within entire enterprise is the foundation of semantic and structure consistency of the information, and also is the premise to information sharing.At present, there are many problems in the process of manufacturing enterprise informationization, such as the data isolated island, the data redundancy, the data ununified standard, the data low degree sharing and so on. The reason of these problems is lack of the coordination of information resource and the management of information standardization. It is important to study that how to build and apply information unified standard and use the manufacture enterprise unified information coding system (MEUICS) to manage them.In order to resolve the problem of unification and centralized management of the information in the enterprise, the paper aims at the modern enterprise informationization current situation and proposes to build the MEUICS. Studied content are mainly as follows:(1) Collecting and coordinating of information entitis. By the enterprise work analyzing, the product life cycle analyzing, the applying information systems analyzing, the enterprise management work analyzing, verifing and complementing between them each other, The information entities collecting method is proven to be effective. After this, the information entities must be coordinated to eliminate the homonym entitis variant name entitis.(2) The intention of information entities organization is to make the dispersive and disordered entitis centralized and ordered. Based on the information granularity and information domain analyzing, this paper proposes the information granularity and information domain organization method. The applicationin of this method in CAC has been proven feasible and usable.(3) Information standardization express.Base on the information card of the information coordinating, this paper designs the code structure of information entities using hiberarchy analytical method. It aims at three different class of code structure model, instantiates with finished product, technologic and personnel, then designs and analyzes the idiographic code structure.
