From the invention of the artificial power supply—Volta batteries to the present,power has been rapid development and widespread,this is mainly due to the standardization of power supply,standard power supply with low price and Stable quality,it is easy to be accepted by consumers.But things have two sides,at present the market needs more personalized powersupply that Designed specifically for a product compared with the standard power supply,this is because the better economy,the higher Charging efficiency and the better coordination between the power supply and the product,so personalized power supply has more market potential than standard power supplyin the future.This paper design a personalized charging power supplyspecifically for time domain multiplexing and synergistic balanced battery pack,the power supply has the advantages of economy,portability and high charging efficiency.Design of personalized power supply need to study the system first,research what power the system needs,and then according the requirements of the system to design power.So the article first does a lot of simulation analysis on the charging process of time domain multiplexing and synergistic balanced batterymanagement strategy,through the simulation analysis found that as long as the switching time interval,the number of spare batteriesand other parameters set properly,you can reduce the design requirements of the power supply without affecting the charging effect,this reduces the design difficulty and saves cost.Then this paper based on the results of analysis of simulation to design the power supply.First,select the power type and DC/ DC conversion topology;then,the design of each functional module of the charging power,including input protection circuit,bridge rectifier circuit,power factor correction module,transformer,passive RCD absorption circuit,constant current control module,as well as the output circuit;finally,the PCB design of the charging power supply.And then design the experiment to test the performance of the power supply,verify that Whether the actual charging effect of the power supplyis consistent with the simulation results.the performance of the power supply is tested in three steps:the first step is the power no-load output performance test;the second step is the power supply with-load output performance test;the third step is the actual charging test of the power supplycharges the time-domain multiplexing and synergistic balanced battery pack.Finally,through the experimental data analysis and found that the actual charging results and simulation results are consistent.
