In the energy structure of the world today,hydropower energy,as an environmentfriendly resource,occupies an important position because of its clean and renewable characteristics and its promotion advantages over other clean energy sources.Because of the growing demand of society for power energy and the policy support of the state,the hydropower industry has developed rapidly,but there are also huge security risks with the development of the industry.Therefore,ensuring the safe and stable operation of hydropower stations is also an important issue that can not be ignored.At present,most hydropower stations adopt planned maintenance to ensure the safe operation of hydropower stations.However,planned maintenance has some shortcomings,such as over-maintenance,poor reliability of equipment and so on.It is the consensus of hydropower industry to develop the condition-based maintenance of hydropower equipment.However,in order to implement condition-based maintenance in power plants,it is necessary to monitor and evaluate the condition of the equipment.Firstly,this paper introduces the condition monitoring system of the unit equipment through the source of monitoring data,selection of monitoring point,selection of sensor,selection of monitoring parameter,selection of monitoring method and acquisition,analysis,dispose of signal.The condition monitoring is the premise and basis for the subsequent state evaluation and maintenance of the hydropower unit.Only the reliable data which react the operation of unit equipment actually is obtained,the result of the state evaluation of the equipment is real,and the reparation of faulty equipment is reliable.Therefore,in order to lay a good foundation for the subsequent state evaluation of unit equipment,this paper decomposes the various aspects of state monitoring and introduces them separately.Secondly,based on fuzzy theory,analytic hierarchy process and improved D-S evidence theory,this paper builds a state evaluation model of unit equipment.It builds evaluation index system and evaluation result set of equipment through fuzzy theory,determines the membership degree of each parameter index;it uses AHP to determine the weight of each index parameter,multiply the membership degree vector of the parameter index and the weight vector to obtain basic probability assignment of each evidence;the improved D-S evidence theory is used to screen out the conflict evidence and correct it,and then the evidence from different sources is combined to obtain the final evaluation result.The article describes the specific application process of the state evaluation model by taking the lower guide bearing of the hydropower unit as an example.Finally,through the overall design,database design and functional design,this paper introduces the operation and maintenance service support system whi ch uses the state monitoring system and the state evaluation model.The reliability and practicability of the condition monitoring system and the state evaluati on model is proved by the actual application of the system in the hydropower plant.
