China’s theoretical reserves of hydropower resources account for 15% of the world’s theoretical reserves,and is the country with the largest hydropower energy reserves in the world,with great development potential.With the gradual increase of installed capacity of hydropower units in China,its control strategy has become more and more complex,and the number of indicators to be monitored has increased rapidly.It is very difficult to judge the working state of turbine speed control system only by relying on the working experience and theoretical knowledge of management personnel.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to study a state evaluation model for the hydraulic turbine governing system,and develop the corresponding intelligent monitoring and evaluation software.This paper focuses on the condition evaluation of the hydraulic turbine governing system.On the basis of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,a state evaluation algorithm model for hydraulic turbine governing system is developed by using deterioration degree and analytic hierarchy process.The algorithm model can effectively solve the problem of difficulty in setting the relative weight of indicators in the process of condition evaluation of hydraulic turbine governing system,and use the concept of deterioration degree to quantify the advantages and disadvantages of indicators,and obtain more accurate evaluation results.Combined with the knowledge of software development,this paper selects the client /server interaction structure on the windows platform,and uses C + + programming language,SQL Server database management system and other technologies to complete the monitoring and evaluation software development for the hydraulic turbine governing system.The software takes the comprehensive condition evaluation algorithm model of hydraulic turbine governing system as the core,and provides data management,system management,condition monitoring,history review and other functions.A friendly man-machine interface is designed,which can display the evaluation results in the form of charts,so as to facilitate the operation of managers.The system has rich functions,good stability and expansibility,and can effectively improve the stable operation time of the turbine speed control system.The establishment of a set of intelligent monitoring and evaluation system to monitor the sensitive indicators,and the use of comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the operation status of the whole turbine governing system can effectively help the management personnel to make the correct analysis and treatment of the abnormal state of the system,which is of great significance to improve the economic benefits of the power station.
