| The future development of all industry in China has been required new demands by China’s current economic,policy and industry development.Design ability of each design company,which used to be the main competitiveness,is gradually becoming even.The shrinking of the global market,the huge number of competitive enterprises,and the increasingly strict demand of customers,all of these external factors have driven the design companies to find out a suitable new competitive point of differentiation.This thesis uses Landscape Design Company A as the research object;research is done through its own operating characteristics,competitive advantage and the operational difficulties from the perspective of Client Relationship Management.Firstly,the CRM process was designed based on the study and application of CRM theory.Secondly,implementation plan was carried out.Findings of the research show that CRM theory is applicable and operable in the industry of landscape design.And it is also clear that CRM is necessity to deal with the operational difficulties of Company A and an effective CRM process might help Company A to identify its competitive point of differentiation. |
