The Study Of Design Decision Making For Green Packaging Solutions

“Green Packaging”,which is also known as sustainable packaging,is aimed at reducing the impact on the environment caused by packaging through comprehensive ways.While the impact can be direct and indirect,the design of green packaging solution need to be based on the analysis of the whole life cycle of packaging to assess the impact systematically and solve the packaging problems at one stop.Then green packaging solutions can obtain the sustainability optimally by maximizing the benefits that the packaging can bring us.The paper made a global study on green packaging solution including concept analysis,scope analysis,methodology analysis and design decision study.The concept of TPS(Total Packaging Solutions)was presented for the first time in the industry from the global point of view based on the strategy of sustainable development.The hierarchy model of green packaging solutions’ decision making was constructed based on the theory of Analytic Hierarchy Process.And then the decision making software system was also studied.Three modules of the system were competed.The modules of Smartpac and Truckload were developed based on the logistics optimization.The module of Platewiz was developed based on the production optimization.
