| With the rapid development of China’s economy and the continuously improvement of people’s material living standard,the real estate industry has ushered in unprecedented prosperity.As the "outpost" of sales system,the status of real estate marketing center is increasing.We can not only display the items,have an intention negotiation and make a contract sale,but also can enhance the project’s grades and consumer desires,guide our consumers at the same time.Therefore,there is no doubt that real estate marketing is of vital importance.In the past two decades,cultural faults and foreign investment have made a great difderence in this industry.In order to cater to consumers,many real estate developers blindly copy and pursue foreign styles,which makes the interior decoration style of many marketing centers the same.In this context,how to meet the actual functional requirement of current consumers and solve the current aesthetic needs for the spiritual level of nationalization and personalization at the same time is a question worth exploring.Through the analysis of the excellent cases related to the real estate project marketing center,this paper sorts out the experience that is worthy of reference in the interior decoration design,and applies it to the interior decoration design project,Qichun Gorgeous Product Marketing Center which the author participated in.Based on the analysis of the background,geographical location and human conditions of the project,we summarized the design strategies and principles of the project practice.Regarding the decorative furnishings as "painting",which is used as a medium,we finally completed the design in line with the psychology and aesthetic needs of local consumers in Qichun. |
