With the continuous progress of information technology,the future of the automotive industry is mainly concentrated in the three aspects of automatic driving,connectivity&communication and energy-saving electric innovation,which is often called of the"more intelligent""Internet"and"electrification."As the basis of auto-driving and connectivity&communication,internet of vehicle has been paid more attention.Mobile Internet has transformed television,computers and mobile phones,entered the automotive field now.Business model is essential to the survival and development of an industry.This thesis builds a internet of vehicle business model which is in line with the current and the next step,with the business model innovation method combined with the continental examples.The whole thesis is divided into six chapters.The 1st chapter is the introduction part,which introduces the background and significance of it.The research framework and ideas is discussed later as well.The 2nd chapter is related to the business model theory and literature review,this chapter on the business model and competitive advantage theory was sorted out and summarized,and then on the domestic network of business models for a brief review of the literature.The 3rd chapter analyzes the current situation and existing problems of vehicle networking,and analyzes the existing opportunities,customer and industry expectations and existing challenges and problems.The main problems include:lack of clear business case,Internet thinking while the automobile industry process constraints lead to a long development cycle.Because the data is in the hands of all stakeholders,it is difficult to focus and so on to realize business model by data driven.The Chapter 4 used Alexander Osterwalder to create business model innovation,and use the method of value chain analysis to study the business model of IoV service from the perspective of understanding the customer’s needs.Cost,and pricing methodologies;selecting the right business model to apply the key resources and strategic partners to describe the innovation of the business model for the entire IoV service.Draw lessons from the Internet field of cases,summed up the five business models,and will map to the IoV service one by one correspondence,the last focus on key resources and strategic partners analysis.The chapter 5 combined with the actual situation of continental,the use of IoV services based on the five business models in the feasibility of the continental to analyze continental before the business unit revenue stream,customer base,propose a three-step strategic deployment of IoV platform development,give the current main two business models,namely,big data-based business model and real-time rental car sharing business model.The innovation of the thesis is as follows:First,the innovation of perspective,the study of IoV in China is divided into three parts,one is for technical research,the second is some industry association fellow from the internet or IoV industry point of view do some summary and predictive analysis,and the third is from the business model to do some forward-looking analysis,this article is from a practical point of view on the business model upgrade attention,especially for car networking value chain analysis and business model Innovation process and so on.Second,the path innovation,combined with the practice of the company,proposed to large data mining as a means,from five aspects of the car network business model innovation,to provide vehicle networking services for the car network ecosystem to provide sustained,reliable and stable Income sources and profitability.
