| Look back at the past thirty years,China has topped the world in terms of automobile production and sales.At present,China’s auto industry is under great pressure,with the industrial growth slowing down and growth rate falling.With the global automobile industry chain disturbed by the COVID-19 epidemic spread,the development of the global automobile industry will face more severe challenges.In the future,new technologies such as electrification,connectivity,intelligence and sharing will continue to accelerate the transformation of the automobile industry.The ongoing industrial development and open industrial policies will greatly affect the blueprint and ecological pattern of the entire industrial chain of the automobile industry.This paper takes the connectivity project of GAC FCA as the research subject.By referring to the business model of the automobile industry and consumer electronics industry,the paper observes the actual operation practice of GAC FCA’s connectivity project and analyzes the innovation of GAC FCA’s business model to integrate the traditional automobile products with the connectivity.Firstly,starting from the background and significance of the research,the paper proposes the research contents and methods based on the theories of internal entrepreneurship,Connectivity and business model.Secondly,the paper analyzes the macro environment,industrial environment and internal environment of the project.Using business model canvas as the guidance tool,this paper analyzes the business model of the project from the four dimensions of product interface,asset management interface,customer interface and financial interface.Meanwhile,problems found from the analysis of the current business model to identify the possible causes.Thirdly,based on above cause analysis and in accordance with the innovation principles and objectives of the business model,the business model of Connectivity is innovated from four above-mentioned interfaces,and then integrated into the business model canvas after the innovation.Finally,suggest the business model implementation supporting measures from the perspectives of organizational structure,policies and corporate culture put forward as supportive measures.Moreover,expect the effects that may realize under the new business model.Through the business model research of GAC FCA’s Connectivity project,the paper analyzes the challenges that traditional automobile manufacturers are currently confronting with.Through the analysis of the actual operation performance after the integration,the paper aim to help the enterprise to improve the business model and achiveve development under adverse situation.By integrating the new Telematics technology with the business model,the paper discusses the business model accommodate to the company’s development strategy the company,and provide a reference to traditional Chinese automobile enterprises to utilize Telematics business model innovation to realize sustainable development. |
