| Large public construction projects is an extremely complex difficult system engineering,it usually has the following characteristics: huge construction cycle is long novel complex structure involving many environment variable,these features will not only make the probability of project risk increases,it will improve the vulnerability of construction projects,and as a result of the existence of vulnerability,can make the project more exposed to risk the risk of project managers in large public construction projects of resistance and the spread of risk prevent face great challenge Therefore,this paper analyzes the risk related problems of large public buildings from the perspective of vulnerability,in order to provide some effective reference opinions for the project managers of large public buildings to better manage risks,so as to promote the sustainable development of large public buildings.First,paper discusses the basic theory of risk conduction,the fragility of the related theory,combined with the characteristics of large public construction project itself,exploring large public construction projects between vulnerability and risk factors of the mechanism of action through the case analysis and expert questionnaire method,literature analysis systematically identify 63 risk and vulnerability factors,including large public construction projects vulnerability factors including 13 robustness in six restorative factors and five sensitivity factors,risk factors,including16 risk source 15 risk events and eight risk results.Large public construction project risk and vulnerability factors effect on the level of project success is not independent,it is implemented through a series of complex interactive relationship between network based on the large public construction project risk and vulnerability factors mechanism as well as the relationships among the factors,build up based on the vulnerability of large public construction project risk initial model and analyze the questionnaire data,then to test the model and optimization,then the assumptions on the model test,the resulting based on vulnerability to match the actual situation of large public construction project risk structure equation model.Finally,based on the analysis and interpretation of the empirical model results,the key vulnerability and risk factors that have a greater impact on large public construction projects are identified,and a series of measures are made to enhance the anti-risk capability of large public construction projects.The research results enrich the theory of risk management of large public buildings.Meanwhile,the countermeasures of risk and vulnerability factors proposed in this paper can help the actual project managers to manage and respond to risks to a certain extent,so as to further promote the stable development of large public building projects. |
