With the development of China’s economy,complex equipment rotating machinery plays an important role in the national economy and social development.However,the rotating machinery with complex equipment is becoming more and more complex,and the rotor imbalance fault has become the main reason of rotating machinery fault.Therefore,how to realize the effective diagnosis of rotor dynamic balance fault is of great significance to prevent economic property loss,casualties and catastrophic accidents caused by faults.In this paper,aiming at the practical engineering problems of rotor dynamic balance of complex equipment rotating machinery in service,aiming at the realization of field test and diagnosis of dynamic balance fault,evaluation of rotor dynamic balance quality,improvement of human-computer interaction and intelligence of rotor dynamic balance fault diagnosis,the research and application of rotor dynamic balance fault diagnosis method considering variable speed condition are carried out.The main research contents are summarized as follows:First,in view of the fact that the existing data collector is not suitable for rotor dynamic balance fault data acquisition,a 32-bit microprocessor stm32f107vct6 is proposed as the core processor of the acquisition system.Through hardware circuit design and software program development,a low-cost data acquisition system suitable for rotor dynamic balance fault diagnosis is designed and developed.Secondly,aiming at the problem of weak signal and small signal-to-noise ratio of rotor unbalance fault signal,the research on filtering and denoising algorithm for rotor dynamic balance fault signal is carried out,and a hybrid filtering method combining median filtering method and improved threshold wavelet denoising is proposed.Thirdly,in the process of traditional dynamic balancing fault feature extraction,the influence of variable speed condition is not considered,which leads to inaccurate fault feature recognition.The algorithm of estimating the fundamental frequency of rotor unbalanced fault under variable speed condition is studied,and seam is introduced Based on the idea of seeking the shortest path in the calving algorithm,stft-sc algorithm is proposed to estimate the fundamental frequency of instantaneous fault,which is used as the technical reserve for the dynamic balance field detection of rotating machinery rotor in service.Fourthly,in order to realize the dynamic balance fault diagnosis of rigid rotor,the influence coefficient balance method is used to provide reliable theory and method for the dynamic balance fault diagnosis of rotor.At the same time,by introducing the concept of correlation between signals,the correlation analysis method is used to identify the fault features accurately,so as to guarantee the accuracy of dynamic balance fault diagnosis.Fifthly,in order to realize fast and efficient diagnosis and elimination of rotor dynamic balance fault,based on C#software and mixed programming technology of C#and MATLAB,the integrated software system of rotor dynamic balance is developed.The rotor dynamic balance test is carried out based on the fault comprehensive simulation test platform and the field test platform,which provides the guarantee for the reliability of practical engineering application.
