Ripping And Crushing Process And Quality Control Based On RAP Gradation Integrity

After the Asphalt pavement uses a period of time,its overall quality gradually can not meet the requirement levels for road,but it is still a very high valuable materials using in other areas.Through using the road surface regeneration technology,the old asphalt pavement materials can meet the requirement levels.When Asphalt pavement recycles,study on how to remove damaged asphalt concrete pavement quickly and efficiently and convert the old asphalt mixture processed to recycle raw materials has important significance.This article based on project of the Chongqing Kingpower Science and Technology Development Co.,Ltd "key technology in researching on the cold mix asphalt pavement RAP recycling plant and rebuild ".Through study of a series related key technologies and theoretical on the scrap recycling process of asphalt mixture,this article formulated a set of technologies about the old asphalt pavement planning pine process and shipment of the waste mixture,and with flexibly scrap crushing,grading screen under usual temperatures in recycled asphalt mixes plant,where the waste materials can convert into renewable materials again.This article from the perspective of applications and systematic analysis,classified RAP materials in two aspects of apparent and internal quality,the classification index of RAP can be used as subsequent stages of work of quality control references.This article here has used the method of single-factor analysis of variance RAP materials among the different sections on one lane to evaluate the discreteness of the materials;used the method of K-means clustering analysis on different lanes of the variability on the RAP material evaluation,the results of these evaluations were then used by SPSS statistical software to solve practical application problems.Compared four practices including heat recycling and hydraulic breaker recycling,hot milling recycling,the ripper of bulldozers rap in the material recycling process,evaluation the machine configuration,advantages and disadvantages and adaptability,through the typical lanes of the old asphalt pavement recycling and process analyzing,and used experiments to simulate the two processes of the RAP material gradation effects,the results have showed that by using the ripper of bulldozers adding sheep feet roller in recycling RAP practices,after that the RAP used a flexible roll crusher in the factory can guarantee the integrity of the RAP material grading.Through three-grade encoding classification method,the crushed and screened RAP materials were classified into different name,after tested which can be used as one of the raw materials in follow renewable mix proportion designing.Finally,the article analyzed the old asphalt pavement recycling phases and stages of links of crushing plants to ensure the integrity of the RAP material grading and control the variability of RAP materials.The results showed that the RAP material gradation integrity and the variability were under control.
