| In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s national economy,the scale of urban construction continues to expand,people are richer,there are more and more cars in cities.At the same time,there is a serious imbalance between the city’s huge traffic demand and the supply of priority transportation resources.After studying the advanced experience of the developed countries to deal with the problem of urban traffic congestion,it is found that many countries in the world are promoting the use of bus rapid transit system,and give priority to the development of urban public transport as a solution to the problem of urban traffic.Due to its excellent operating characteristics,the system is quick to construct and economical,it also provides a large capacity for the city public transportation ability,therefore many large cities will develop public transportation and low carbon green travel has become the main part of many big city transportation development strategies.And after more than 20 years of promotion and application,it has a wealth of experience in setting up.This paper mainly studied the setting method and application of bus priority lanes in bus rapid transit system.Based on the in-depth analysis of factors affecting road basic conditions,factors affecting road operating conditions,and factors affecting bus operating conditions,the interpretation of the criteria for determining the standards for Chongqing’s bus lanes.By establishing the critical flow model of bus priority lane,the necessary conditions of bus priority lane setting are analyzed,the setting condition of bus priority lane setting was determined.At the same time,the setting standards of transit time,road width,road location,marking and isolation,form of parking stations and other aspects that are suitable for Chongqing traffic situation and traffic planning were clarified.On the other hand,in terms of bus route priority route optimization,a vehicle-station-route optimization strategy is proposed.Investigating the principle of station setting from the macro,meso and micro levels,the quantitative and qualitative diagnostic analysis of bus routes can screen out unreasonable routes.According to the appropriate optimization method,the existing route optimization adjustment method and the newly added route optimization layout method are used to rationally optimize the bus routes.Finally,taking the bus priority road constructed from the Chaoyouchang to the Yulu interchange in the main urban area of Chongqing as an example,the above-mentioned setup method is analyzed with a case study,and the effect of the Chaoyouchang to the Yulu interchange priority road section is evaluated,and the priority is analyzed.During the construction of the road,there are problems such as limited road systems,the impact of external vehicle systems on priority roads,and the lack of interchange centers.It is proposed to set up reverse roads,strengthen publicity and guidance,improve the intelligent traffic supervision system,focus on connecting with other systems,and optimize organizational management.Improving methods such as improving service levels and establishing evaluation mechanisms.This design study verified the feasibility of the implementation of the conventional bus priority road system setting method in the road system of Chongqing’s main urban area,and further optimized the setting method system,providing experience for the construction of domestic bus priority roads in the future. |
