| Small domestic workpieces in our country still needed to be improved to a certain extent in the fully automatic cleaning process.The ultrasonic cleaning machines currently on the market had hardly realized fully automatic cleaning of small and fragile workpieces,which had increased the demand for labor.The poor operability of the washing machine not only increased the cost of the production process,but also did not guarantee its safety in the process.Traditional washing machines basically rely on manual cleaning,and then took out the workpiece after washing.Such cleaning methods are generally inefficient and costly.The existing intelligent ultrasonic cleaning machines often did not have functions such as automatic cleaning agent addition and automatic water change.Therefore,the performance of most existing automatic cleaning machines was mostly a dedicated designed for cleaning a certain type of workpiece,which results in higher design costs,and cannot fully automate the cleaning of multiple types of workpieces to meet customer needs.This article mainly took small fragile workpieces as the specific research object,and designed a fully automatic cleaning line suitable for small fragile workpieces.The upper computer and lower computer were designed to jointly control the automatic cleaning line of small fragile workpieces,so that the automatic cleaning process of small workpieces from handling,cleaning and final cleaning effect evaluation is integrated.The system is mainly composed of a workpiece handling system,an automatic cleaning system,a cleaning effect evaluation system and a workpiece sorting system.In the automatic cleaning system,pressure sensors,position sensors and pH meters were set to monitor the cleaning status of the workpiece,the pH value of the pickling tank,the liquid level of the cleaning tank,and the position of the workpiece.Design and realization of workpiece image recognition and cleaning effect evaluation based on circular projection algorithm.The image acquisition module,image processing module,workpiece image recognition module,and workpiece automatic sorting module were implemented for the cleaning effect evaluation system.This article outlines the hardware circuit design of the automatic cleaning machine control system;the software design of the control program of the upper and lower computers of the automatic cleaning system;the use of touch screen for input control;the use of prototype test methods to coordinate and solve the hardware and Software system related issues.The final experimental results show that the cleaning system has high working efficiency,strong stability,and can realize automatic cleaning of many types of small and fragile workpieces. |
