Under The Background Of The Integration Of Industry And Education Intensive Design Method Of Comprehensive Training Building In Colleges And Universities

In December 2017,the general office of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China issued The Several Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Industry and Education,for the purpose of promoting the new education mode of integration of industry and education.At the same time,about 100 colleges and universities were selected nationwide to implement The 13 th Five-Year Plan Application-Oriented Undergraduate Industry and Education Integration Development Project,support and guide the development of Application-oriented Undergraduate Colleges and universities,and strive to be first-class,,cultivate talents more in line with the needs of modern enterprises In order to adapt to the in-depth reform of this education mode,there is an upsurge of comprehensive training Construction in China.However,at present,the vast majority of comprehensive training buildings and built training mode and referring to the experience of teaching school buildings.The design theory research and practical experience of comprehensive training buildings are still insufficient,It has become an important facility to improve the school training system.This paper takes the education mode of industry integrationof education as the breakthrough point,analyzes the construction experience of the comprehensive training building in Colleges and universities,summarizes and analyzes the current situation of the comprehensive training building,puts forward the intensive design method of the comprehensive training building suitable for the integration of industry and education,introduces the practical cases that the author participated in,and puts forward some supplements to the previous intensive design method of the comprehensive training building.This paper is divided into the following parts.Firstly,the characteristics of training education and comprehensive training building are sorted out,and the motivation of intensive design of comprehensive training building and relevant theories and principles of intensive design are analyzed.Secondly,on the basis of the previous basic research,taking the integration of industry and education and school enterprise cooperation mode as the breakthrough point,through the analysis of the mode and characteristics of the integration of industry and education,the objective investigation and analysis of the comprehensive training building cases,and the subjective analysis of the students’ users,this paper summarizes the design requirements of the development,planning,function and space of the comprehensive training building under the background of the integration of industry and education.Guide the design method below.Finally,there are the core chapter of this paper,mainly from the project planning stage,planning stage,single building design three levels to explore the intensive design method of comprehensive training building under the integration mode of production and education.The planning stage mainly includes scale control and function planning,the planning level mainly includes planning layout site selection and building layout,and the building monomer mainly includes function organization,space organization,functional space design and space quality optimization.In the last chapter of the article,and through the author’s own participation in the comprehensive training construction project are described and verified in detail.
