Project schedule management,also known as project time management,is one of the core knowledge areas of project management theory.After years of practice,it has become a set of mature theory and technology.In automobile enterprises,the theory of project schedule management and the experience of vehicle development combined to form a complete process to guide the development of new products,covering the whole process from marketing,product planning,product design,system development,performance development and verification,announcement development,etc.,but the mature vehicle product development process can not effectively guide the development of automatic driving technology.As the most innovative and cross-border technology in the automotive industry,its development involves not only chassis and network architecture technology,but also a large number of new knowledge fields such as software development,hardware development,algorithm development,etc.its technical characteristics require a more scientific project schedule management method.Key chain technology is an advanced scientific management method in the field of project schedule management.It is an effective way to improve the efficiency and reduce the probability of project delay.In this paper,the key chain technology is introduced,which is based on the problems existing in the preparation and implementation of the schedule of C project-AVP automatic parking project.This paper expounds the implementation steps of key chain technology in project schedule management,and expounds in detail the calculation process of removing the safety time of each task and setting specific buffer under the condition of fully considering resource conflict.Finally,the paper proposes to establish a buffer dynamic monitoring to monitor and manage the project process.The consumption of buffer is corresponding to the completion of specific work,and the healthy state of project progress is determined by comparing the consumption proportion of buffer with the completion proportion of work.This paper draws on the previous research critical chain technology model,combined with the actual needs of automatic driving technology project schedule management,through the comparison of the data before and after optimization,demonstrates the advanced nature of the critical chain technology in the development of automatic driving technology,and also proves that the critical chain technology is an effective management method for automatic driving project schedule management.It also explores a new project schedule management mode for the development of other automatic driving technologies.
