Study On The Division Of National Spatial Function Of Yulin City Based On The Evaluation Of Regional Function

With the increase of population and the increase of human material demand,the disorder of land and space development and the unreasonable use of space become more and more serious.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the construction of ecological civilization,the state has paid more and more attention to the protection of land and space from the source.In order to solve a series of problems in the development and utilization of land and space,it is necessary to scientifically and reasonably divide different functional spaces and carry out different management and control according to the differences and characteristics of land and space in different regions.The research of regional function identification is an application-oriented research which can identify and judge the different functions in the regional units.The research results can be used as the basis for the functional zoning and planning of land space.In this context,based on the current situation of Yulin development and the background conditions of resources,six kinds of regional function evaluation are carried out in Yulin City,including ecological protection,agricultural production,forestry production,industrial production and urban development.The evaluation results are analyzed.According to the evaluation results,the national spatial function zoning of Yulin city is studied.The results show that:(1)the regional distribution with higher evaluation level of regional function has its own characteristics.The ecological protection function is similar to the regions with higher evaluation level of forestry production function,the regions with higher forestry production function are more scattered,and the regions with higher evaluation level of agricultural production function,industrial production function and urban development function are similar.(2)The distribution of land spatial function area in Yulin city is greatly affected by the topography and topography of Yulin city.Urban development function area,industrial production function area,agricultural production function area and related composite function area are mostly distributed in the middle,northwest and south of Yulin City and other areas with relatively flat terrain.Ecological protection function area,forestry production function area and related composite function area are mainly It is distributedin the mountainous area around Yulin city.(3)The results of land spatial function zoning in Yulin City are basically consistent with the current land spatial development pattern and development situation.The proportion of urban development functional areas in Yuzhou District is the highest,followed by agricultural production functional areas;the proportion of agricultural production functional areas in Fumian district is the highest,followed by urban development functional areas;the proportion of agricultural production functional areas in Beiliu City is the highest,followed by Forestry production functional area and ecological protection functional area;in Bobai County,the proportion of forestry production functional area is the highest,followed by ecological protection functional area;in Luchuan County,the proportion of urban development functional area is the highest,followed by agricultural production functional area;in Rongxian County,the proportion of ecological protection area is the highest,followed by forestry production functional area;in Xingye County,the proportion of urban development functional area is the highest,followed by agriculture Industrial production function area.Finally,according to the evaluation and zoning results,it is suggested that Yulin city should make clear the development orientation and key points of each district and county,and develop according to the characteristics of each functional area,in which the ecological protection functional area should focus on protection,minimize all human activities and avoid the impact on the ecosystem.The agricultural production functional area should focus on the development of "characteristic agriculture,green agriculture,sightseeing agriculture,export-oriented agriculture The goal of "brand agriculture" is to develop modern agriculture.The planting and production of the forestry production functional area should consider both economic and ecological benefits.The planting should be carried out according to the time and the place,and the unified planning and management should be made as far as possible.The industrial production functional area should form a layout with distinct primary and secondary division of labor in space,form an industrial park with more centralized distribution and clear division of labor,and develop the tourism and leisure functional area In order to improve the overall image of Yulin City,we should make full use of the historical and cultural resources and scenic resources in the city area,fully tap the characteristics of tourism resources.The development and construction of urban development functional area should be combined with the special land use conditions of mountains and hills,reasonably determine the spatial structure mode and urban scale,avoid the occupation of cultivated land,andimprove the ecological protection forestry production composite
