Because of the serious "three outspend"phenomenon of construction engineering in our countru,the project investment was out control,which affects the social and economic benefits of the project.Quantity pricing model could reflect the individual cost of the enterprise,and also could be advantageous to the construction cost reasonably.However,as the subject of construction engineering,construction units of the project cost control status was manily ignored prsbidding stage and the list of code of valuation had been revising constantly.So in this case,how to control the cost of the construction unit reasonably and reduce the "three outspend" phenomenon was worth in-depth study of the problem.Threefore,this paper took the construction unit as the angle of view and carried on the analysis to the current list valustion standard,and on the basis of theoretical study,discussed engineering cost control measures of the two stages od bidding and construction under the quantity pricing model,So the construction unit can control the project cost reasonably in the project budget.First,this paper analyzed the shortcomings of the current list price of norms that exist in the use and cost of the construction of the bidding phase control impact;Proposed that construction unit in the bidding phase control impact;Proposed that contruction unit must be combined with the existing pricing norms drawn from the other aspects,early prevention and control for the construction unit to achieve a reasonable cost control purposes to provide protection.During the construction phase,build model and solve model by the expert consultation method to get the factors(including engineering change,site visa,engineering claims,the price of the materials and equipment)which increased cost,and put forward the control measures of cost during constrution.So that the construction unit could control cost in an active state control in the construction unit could control phase prior cost on this stage.Finally,combined with the bidding phase peioe cost and cost control in the construction phase of matter through the actual project applicstion,construction unit could achieve a good cost control effect.The cost control measures in this paper can provide some reference for the actual construction unit cost control.
