Project cost control has an important role,it helps to strengthen the internal control of enterprises and reduce business risk.With the acceleration of global economic integration,our economy has also enjoyed rapid development in recent years.The entry of foreign business organizations makes our local enterprises face more pressures and challenges in the fierce market competition,and the project cost control of the business unit through the analysis,adjustment and evaluation of the cost and expenditure helps to strengthen the Internal control so as to effectively reduce the risks of the enterprises and enable them to occupy more advantageous positions in the market competition.At the same time,through the progress of cost control,various types of risks that may be faced are identified and controlled,so as to accurately find their own market position in the market cycle of the industry and the development cycle of the enterprise itself.Therefore,from the theory of business management,cost control is also an important part of internal control.Therefore,how to control the construction cost in housing construction and how to further enhance the economic benefits of construction companies has become a key issue that Chinese leaders in construction companies pay close attention to at present.After visiting and investigating the actual situation of construction cost control of project B in B construction project of A construction company,and conducting an in-depth study on the project cost estimation,project cost composition and project cost control of the construction project,Construction phase and project completion and settlement phase of the construction cost control status were analyzed and studied.Based on the project in each stage of cost control scheme is analyzed,found that although the project team’s emphasis on cost control to a certain has taken some measures,but also work in the actual cost control of the process there are a lot of problems and shortcomings:first,the deviation on the understanding of target cost control exist;Secondly,the target cost evaluation method is single and lacks innovation;Thirdly,the analysis of target cost is not systematic.Fourth,the target cost management professionals are in short supply.Aiming at these problems,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions:first,to establish a modem goal cost control concept.Second,the innovation evaluation method,the establishment of the informationization target cost control system;Third,arrange the work cycle reasonably and improve the target cost feedback mechanism;Fourth,strengthen training and improve the professional skills and professionalism of financial personnel target cost control.
