Research On Project Cost Management Based On Dynamic Cost Evaluation And Control

With the tightening of national regulation and control policies and the restriction of market increment,the competitive pressure in the construction industry is increasing.The way for construction enterprises to survive is to change their development strategies and take measures to reduce costs and increase efficiency,otherwise they will be eliminated by the times.Based on the dynamic cost management theory,this thesis studies the problem of project cost control,and explains how to apply this theory in practice.First of all,according to the characteristics and overview of the resettlement housing project in plot H,the cost control situation is sorted out and the problems in cost control are found;Secondly,using the idea of PDCA,the project cost management control process is optimized and improved from four aspects: project cost prediction and planning(P),project cost control execution(D),project dynamic cost management analysis(C),and post-project evaluation(A).Finally,the project cost control process is guaranteed from the three aspects of human resources,technology and information system,and the actual cost is compared with the target cost to test the project cost control effect.This thesis aims to use dynamic cost management theory to control project costs and achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase.The research results of this thesis enrich and improve the dynamic cost assessment and control theory of resettlement housing projects,provide countermeasures and suggestions for the cost control of resettlement housing construction projects,and promote the operation practice of related projects.
