| The project schedule management is one of the core content of project management,the project can be finished on aspects and so on,can rational allocation of resources,effective project schedule management is especially critical.Based on the research of the project progress management,according to the basic theory of project schedule management methods and advanced tool,form the project schedule plan and optimization,the control measures,finally help project successfully and efficiently to achieve the project goals.Based on the review of project management research.this paper takes the three phase continuous casting project of MG company as the background,and applies the basic tools of scheduling and control to carry out relevant research.Firstly,the background,objectives,contents,characteristics and influencing factors of the continuous casting project are analyzed,and the necessity and practical significance of the project schedule management are put forward.Secondly,this paper uses the WBS decomposition method of project schedule to decompose the project work,estimate the operation time and define the activity.On the basis of the analysis of work breakdown and constraints,the project schedule and key route are programmed by using network planning technology and critical path method.According to the schedule goal of the project,the time,cost,time,resource,time and other aspects are optimized,and the benchmark plan of the project schedule is worked out.Then,according to the schedule,the use of comparative analysis,put forward the actual progress of the information collection,measurement and monitoring program,through the schedule deviation analysis,clear after the progress of the project measures in the development of the implementation of the project organization,resources and technical measures.Finally,the research progress of the schedule of the continuous casting project and the optimization and control measures in the progress implementation are obtained.The research of this paper has important reference function for ensuring the completion of the continuous casting project on schedule,and provides some reference and reference for the schedule management of the continuous casting project in the same type of enterprises in the future. |
