Project Scheduling Cntrolling Research Regarding Uncertainty

Project Management (PM) is a burgeoning management science, which is using scientific t heories and methods to achieve the project aim by planning, commanding, controlling and coord inating the project.In the management process, Project Schedule Management (PSM) is one of key factors for success. But at this stage, in the actual project management of local construction company, there are many problems about how to eliminate the influence uncertaintyleads to project schedule, an d how to formulate the optimal controlling process about PSM. How to impro-ve the ability of P SMis being an urgent problem for many companies.In the process of schedule management of "BOMAG Factory Extension Project", there were some problems about how to eliminate uncertainty, e.g.backward management method and management technology, defective management system, produced a giant influence for success of project implementation. So it’s significant to research the project scheduling management based on this extension project.This thesis introduced the theory about PSM and the current situation about controlling of the uncertaintyfirst, then analysed the problems in implementation process of this project from externa factors and internal factors, refer to specific issues.
