In recent years,with the efforts of our country to exploit clean energy and optimize energy structure,the demand for efficient and clean fossil energy represented by natural gas is increasing.Gas turbine has been widely used in the west-east gas transmission project because of its advantages such as high power,little environmental pollution and the needed fuel can be obtained directly from the gas pipeline.For long-distance gas pipeline,the energy consumption of gas turbine compressor unit accounts for the majority of its pipeline operation cost.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to determine the optimal operation scheme and optimize the gas turbine control system.In the operation process of gas turbine compressor unit,various operation schemes can meet the demand of natural gas transportation,but the energy consumption of different gas transportation schemes is hugely different.Based on the research background of the RR gas turbine compressor unit in the Lunnan pressure gas station,firstly,this paper introduces the particle swarm optimization technology into the gas turbine compressor unit to determine the operation scheme of minimum energy consumption and make the gas turbine compressor unit work at the best state.Secondly,according to the gas turbine compressor unit of the choice of the optimal operation condition,the gas turbine can be divided into several typical basic components by using the method of mechanism modeling.The connection between the components is established by the pneumatic thermodynamics equation,the dynamic equation and the law of conservation of energy.Finally,the mathematical model of RR gas turbine is obtained.The gas turbine speed control system is the main task of optimization.Because the unit has obvious nonlinear characteristics,the gas turbine model parameters change with conditions,the integral mathematical model is difficult to obtain,and the mathematical model of gas turbine will follow condition varies,the fuzzy algorithm is introduced in the parameters of the gas turbine speed control system design.As a result,the PID controller parameters can be adjusted automatically online.The ability of the controller to adapt the change of model parameters is enhanced.Finally,the designed PID controller and fuzzy PID controller of gas turbine speed are compared and analyzed by simulation in Matlab,from the following three aspects:dynamic response performance,disturbance resistance performance and parameter adaptive performance.The results show that fuzzy PID controller of gas turbine speed system has smaller overshoot,stronger anti-interference ability,and can adapt to the change of gas turbine model parameters.The optimization of gas turbine speed control system is realized to some extent.
