In recent years,China’s construction enterprises have made outstanding contributions to expand domestic demand and promote employment in urban and rural areas,improve,but with the introduction of the national macro-control policies on the competition of the construction market and between enterprises intensified,construction enterprises especially small and medium-sized construction enterprises face type hitherto unknown challenge,some even closed down.In order to avoid being eliminated in the market competition,the development strategy of small and medium-sized construction enterprises to adapt to the environment has been put on an important agenda.As the Shandong province small and medium construction enterprises: the representative of Shandong Dayuan construction engineering limited liability company(hereinafter referred to as DY company),in the process of development in recent years,is also facing a decline in profits,reduce the business and development direction of unknown dilemma,a scientific development strategy has become the urgent demand,therefore,has the important practical significance on the development strategy of DY company.This paper takes DY construction company as the research object,and conducts a comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment of the enterprise through relevant theories and research methods.Firstly,the research status at home and abroad is analyzed and summarized.At the same time,specific analysis of each strategic research theory provides research basis and theoretical support for which part of this paper.Secondly,it analyzes the company’s current development strategy and the existing problems and causes of the strategy.Chapter three studies the internal environment of the enterprise,analyzes the macro-environment and industrial environment of the enterprise by using porter’s five forces model and PEST analysis method,and points out the influence and effect of the political and legal environment,economic environment,social and cultural environment and technical environment of DY construction company on its development.In general,the macro environment has a promoting effect on the development of enterprises,but the competitive environment among the same industry is rather fierce,so it is necessary to give full play to the advantages of enterprises to cope with the challenges faced by the company.At last,SWOT analysis was conducted to analyze the company’s internal strengths,internal weaknesses,external opportunities and external threats.Based on the analysis results,SO strategy suitable for DY construction company was established.Based on the analysis results,this paper puts forward the ideas and objectives of the company’s development strategy,and carries out the company’s strategic positioning and selection based on the enterprise’s own characteristics and the internal and external environment,and finally determines the overall strategy combining the growth strategy with the stability strategy.Guided by the overall strategy,the company formulated and implemented the development strategy through detailed research and development strategy,human resources strategy,financial strategy,marketing strategy and other functional strategies.Finally,in order to ensure the effective implementation of DY construction company’s strategy,a series of effective safeguard measures were formulated.The author hopes to give some practical reference to the strategic formulation of other small and medium-sized construction enterprises.
