Since the reform and opening up,China’s economy has developed rapidly,and its comprehensive national strength has improved rapidly.The construction industry plays a pillar role in the national economy.With the rapid development of the construction industry and the government’s policy support,the urban infrastructure has been gradually improved and people’s living standards have been significantly improved.At present,China’s urbanization rate has also been improved,followed by the rapid development of the construction industry will be in a state of decline for a period of time in the future,the construction industry "Matthew effect" is increasingly prominent,construction enterprises "the stronger the stronger,the weaker".Large enterprises with the advantages of the capital,resources,market position,through the merger and reorganization of the expansion and gradually occupied the monopoly industry,living space narrow and small businesses,only through technology upgrading,market layout,product structure and strategic transformation way to cultivate the core competitiveness,by trying to expand their own advantages in the market segment the market share.In the context of increasing uncertainties in the world economy,private construction enterprises need to improve their core competitiveness in line with the trend of high-quality and high-speed economic development,explore the path of transformation and upgrading suitable for enterprises in the direction of development,and plan relevant countermeasures for enterprises to improve their development.Combining with the current economic environment and market environment,analysis our country private construction situation and existing problems of business survival,and to discuss the reason of related issues,and with YunShengDa construction company as a case,combined with the internal and external enterprise environment,explore YunShengDa construction company’s future development direction,to seek stable,healthy and sustainable development path.Firstly,this paper briefly describes the research background and significance,proposes research ideas and methods according to the key problems to be solved in this paper,and explains the framework structure and research innovation points of this paper.Then,the relevant theories and concepts are expounded,and the basic theory of enterprise strategic management and the analysis method of enterprise strategic management are introduced,so as to provide theoretical support for the research on improving development countermeasures of YunShengDa Construction Company.Then combined with the background of market and economic environment,this paper analyzes the current situation of the existence of private construction enterprises in China,the problems they face in development and the causes of related problems.YunShengDa after through investigation the actual development situation of construction company,enterprise’s external environment by using PEST model analysis,SWOT analysis the advantages and disadvantages of internal and external opportunities threats,according to the advantage,overcome the disadvantage,use of the opportunity,dissolve the threat to the strategic adjustment of train of thought,YunShengDa of construction companies promote development countermeasures are put forward,including the development construction enterprise application of BIM technology,develop the prefabricated construction,implementing the strategy of "going out" preempt foreign markets and improve the function of "hills and green" green building development direction.In order to ensure YunShengDa promote the effective implementation of the development countermeasures of construction company,this article from the Angle of shaping the core competitiveness,put forward a series of security measures,including strengthening organization guarantee and management mode innovation,improve financial risk prevention capacity,strengthening human resources management and BIM team personnel training,shaping corporate brand image,to strengthen the construction of enterprise culture.Through the research of this paper,I hope to provide reference for YunShengDa Construction company to get out of the development dilemma.
