| With the acceleration of economic globalization and the rapid development of international trade,container transportation has become the main mode of cargo transportation by ship because of its convenience,safety and high efficiency.Therefore,the safety of container transportation is becoming more and more important.At present,the monitoring system solution for land container trucks has been developed relatively matured,which using GPRS and GPS to complete positioning and data transmission.However,there are few data transmission methods in marine.this paper combines Zig Bee technology with Beidou navigation system to design a shipping container monitoring system to realize environmental information collection in the container and transmit the data through Beidou short message,which ensure the safety of cargo transportation.First of all,the overall design of the marine container monitoring system was carried out,and the system’s embedded controller chip selected STM32F103ZET6.Compared with Zig Bee,Wi Fi,and Bluetooth protocols,the Zig Bee protocol with low power consumption and self-organizing network capability is selected to form a wireless transmission network in the container yard.CC2530 integrated with RF module and microcontroller is selected as the control chip of Zig Bee node.Compared with the ship-to-shore communication mode,the short message communication of the Beidou system is selected for long-distance data transmission.Then complete the software and hardware design of each module in the system,transplant the Z-Stack protocol stack to CC2530,and use C code to complete the writing of each node driver code.Design the hardware circuit of STM32F103ZET6 chip,use serial port to connect Zig Bee coordinator and Beidou terminal,write each interface and Beidou short message communication code in STM32,and complete the peripheral interface and power supply circuit design of BDM910 Beidou terminal.Then the reliability transmission protocol code of Beidou short message communication is designed,and the long message exceeding the communication capacity is subcontracted,and the query response and data reissuing mechanism are added in the communication process to ensure the accuracy and stability of the data transmission process.Sexuality enhances the system’s anti-jamming capability.Finally,the C# language is combined with the.Net framework to develop the PC software on the Windows side.The software parses the message information according to the short message reliable transmission protocol,displays the sensor data and implements the abnormal alarm function.The system was tested and verified by software.Zig Bee networking test,Beidou short message communication test and PC software test were carried out respectively to verify the feasibility of the system. |
